Nothing Says Romance Like a Month’s Worth of Food in The Freezer
By Gasm Contributor on August 27, 2014
Sex without romance is like a marriage without love. It works, but really, it’s not very exciting or desirable. Since August is Romance Awareness Month, we wanted to inspire you to surprised your partner in new ways. And if you’re single, why not woo yourself or woo a potential new love? Yep, it’s time to blow out the candles and find a way to dance in the moonlight. (People always look good under the summer moon, eh?) To help you out, here are some examples of romance in real life. Sorry, no barf bags provided with this post.
This guy proposed to his girlfriend on top of the Empire State building.
Even though this woman’s husband passed away, she still has lunch with him every day.
He proposed to his wife in the midst of war.
In an attempt to be romantic and surprise his girlfriend with candles, this guy burned the house down. (It’s the thought that counts? Eh, maybe re-think candles.)
This woman designed a whole new room for her boyfriend while he was gone on a 5 day trip.
His girlfriend cooked him a month’s worth of food to have while she was away.
How will you celebrate Romance Awareness month?
